South Korea’s Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) has received a contract from Indonesian oil company Pertamina to build a 84,000cbm very large gas carrier (VLGC).
The VLGC is scheduled to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2013, according to asiasis.com.
According to the reports the vessel is expected to cost between $79m and $80m.
Indonesian oil firm has also secured an option for a second vessel, but the company has not disclosed details of the vessel.
