The upgrade will also allow Napoleon Container Terminal users to get access to Ports America TOS Web Portal, which interfaces with the Navis N4 system to provide real-time information on the customer’s cargo right from their arrival to departure.

Napoleon Container Terminal general manager Keith Palmisano said: “Having N4 in place helps ensure we can effectively manage larger container volumes and meet the evolving demands of our global customer base.

“The seamless implementation process would not have been possible without the collaboration between our operations and IT groups and Navis’ support team.
