The Resilient Lady cruise ship is Virgin Voyages’ third of four sister ships ordered to shipbuilding company Fincantieri.

Virgin Voyages’ fleet of Lady Ships includes the Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady. The company’s Lady Ships are exclusively for adults and offer services for those over 18 years old.

Fincantieri was awarded the contract worth €700m to build the ship in 2018. The company delivered the Resilient Lady to Virgin Voyages in December 2022 at the Sestri Ponente shipyard in Genoa, Italy.

The cruise ship began its maiden voyage in May 2023 from Athens, Greece.
