After the success of the first edition, ShipyART arrives in Genova from 8 March to 5 May.
You can visit it in all its beauty at Galata, MuMa Museo del Mare, Via Calata Ansaldo De Mari, 1 (Tuesdays to Fridays 10:00-18:00, Saturdays and Sundays 10:00-19:00).
ShipyART is a shipyard art exhibition of photographs and unusual installations curated by Veronica Dall’Osso of Navim Group. ShipyART includes a rich collection of photographs, taken in the shipyards in which Navim Group operates, and installations created within the shipyards and mechanical workshops during the construction and transformation processes of the ships. The shipyards are true creative hotbeds, where industry and craftsmanship blend together.
The exhibition was created internally within the company, designed and set up using almost exclusively resources and artefacts owned or already available onsite. ShipyART gives voice to a new form of expression, which finds its beauty in the chaos and creativity of construction sites, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
