Marine Fenders International (MFI) has announced that it recently acquired all assets of Urethane Technology Inc (UTI), a leading manufacturer of speciality buoys and marine fenders.
Jerry Thermos, CEO of MFI stated that he was pleased to conclude this transaction as UTI’s technology will further enhance MFI’s mission to remain one of the leading worldwide designers and manufacturers of foam filled marine fenders and buoys.
