South Korea’s SPP Shipbuilding has received an order from Eastern Mediterranean (EastMed) of Greece to build two 52,000dwt products tankers.
The company said that the vessels will cost $35.5m each and are scheduled to be delivered in 2013.
The order also includes an option for an additional two vessels.
