ProfiSeal has announced it will attend this year’s the International WorkBoat Show in New Orleans, US.
The show will be taking place from 28-30 November at the Morial Convention Centre.
ProfiSeal is well known for producing high-quality stern tube seals and bulkhead seals. ProfiSeal offers a wide range of stern tube seals for shaft diameters between 1in up to 15in, as well as bulkhead seals available from 2in up to 25in.
ProfiSeal’s latest innovation is the world’s first fire-resistant bulkhead seal (patent protected), which will be on display at the show.
The fire-resistant bulkhead seal fulfills the A0, A30 and A60 requirements of the IMO 2010 FTP Code and has been type approved by DNV-GL, Korea Register and Bureau Veritas.
Application areas are passenger vessel, roll-on / roll-off and RoPax ferries, custom, coast guard and navy vessels, as well as barges for LNG or petroleum transportation.
