Anglo Belgian Corporation, the proud sponsor of the Belgian men’s and women’s Rugby Sevens team, was present at this year’s ‘Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens’ event, which took place from 3-5 December 2015.
Rugby Sevens is a variation of rugby where the teams are made up of seven players instead of the usual 15. With less than half of the players on the field and seven minutes each half, the pace of each game is electrifying.

The Belgian men’s and women’s team fought for every meter. With a unique and truly original try, the Belgian men’s team won the bowl final against Moscow Region with 19-14. The women’s team ended their tournament with a victory of 17-5 against Tokyo Phoenix.
